“As a cetacean that emerges from the depths, like a sailing ship or a giant dinosaur trapped in the ice, is reopening his eyes slowly, fearfully sbadiglia, stands, iron ... ready to host again the voices, sounds, lights, singing, bodies, souls…out of hibernation, step by step, the Roman Theatre of Volterra comes alive, to be, to smile. The last lab, in particular, has the distinction of being the continuation of the one held in 2013, which had as its goal not only the formation of a new cast for ventura staging of Salome by Oscar Wilde during the Festival, but above all the development of "new", "different" interpretation of the play of the Anglo-Saxon genius. As in the previous edition, it will go primarily to the actual substance of a play so difficult and controversial, so poorly represented, today, because of the complexity of its interpretation is stylistic and formal, which, above all, substantial. A true immersion in the verse, theatre, acting.
