“Morricone – stressed Tarantino-has never won an award for one of the films he has done; He won in Italy, but never here in America and I want to thank him: a 87 years has created a fantastic soundtrack and finally won a prestigious award. As far as I am concerned Morricone is my favorite composer and when I speak of composer does not mean that ghetto that is music for the cinema, but I'm talking about Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert”.
